Cooking classes in the South of France

Our courses are relaxed, fun and informative.  We have a hands-on approach and focus on using seasonal produce and classic recipes, yet with a modern twist!

You will learn to adapt each dish to suit the produce available and share tips on traditional techniques such as curing and preserving and simple cheese making. Basic knife skills will also be covered.

Our classes are in English and held daily commencing at 10:00 am.  You'll finish around 3:30 pm after enjoying the lunch you've prepared sitting on the banks of the Canal du Midi.
